Vishal Abrol
Co-founder
Vishal has over 25 years of global experience delivering world-class client experience to large, mid-market and SMB customers in the fields of EDA and semiconductors. Previously, he led the customer success function for field engineering services and major accounts for 15 years at Cadence Design Systems. Vishal has also served in senior roles at Mentor Graphics and Hughes Network Systems.
Jai Durgam
Co-founder
Jai has more than three decades of extensive global product development and customer success experience in semiconductors, EDA, IP and foundry. Over the past 20 years, he has been on business and technology leadership teams at companies such as Silvaco, GlobalFoundries, Synopsys and Scintera Networks.
Sudheer Reddy
Co-founder
Sudheer has over 20 years of experience in semiconductor product development and product engineering services. A technology leader with a proven track record of delivering SoC products in various semiconductor domains, he has led and managed large engineering teams at several startups as well as large corporations. Prior to Eteros, Sudheer has held technology leadership roles in various companies including Intel, Aricent, ST Microelectronics and Qualcomm.
Zaheer Allam
Board Member
Zaheer has over 25 years of product engineering experience in the wireless telecommunications, automotive, and enterprise software industries. Zaheer has been a pioneer in conceptualizing, developing and delivering complex, commercially viable products. He currently serves as Chief Customer Officer for GlobalLogic Inc, where he is responsible for customer advocacy of their top 100 clients.
Mike Doktorczyk
Board Member
Mike brings over 25 years of finance, accounting, and operational experience to the Eteros Board. Currently Senior Vice President of Finance at UserTesting, Mike leads the FP&A, Investor Relations, and Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, and played an instrumental role in preparing and taking UserTesting public in late 2021. Prior to UserTesting, Mike was CFO at Highfive, a video conferencing SaaS company, where he worked with the CEO and Board to assess strategic options, leading to an acquisition by DialPad. Mike ran Global Sales Finance and Operations at Avaya, where he played a key customer-facing role in enabling the company to emerge from Chapter 11 financial restructuring as a public company. At Logitech, Mike was Corporate Controller and led the Global Real Estate and Facilities functions during a transformative time. And for over thirteen years at Cadence Design Systems, Mike held nearly every role in finance and accounting, and eventually led the company’s Design and Consulting Services organizations, in addition to leading finance and administration for a spinoff company, SpinCircuit, during his tenure there.
Vikas Gautam
Member of Advisory Board
Vikas is VP, R&D in Systems Design Group at Synopsys. He leads the Verification IP business, delivering industry-first verification IPs and emulation transactors/models for the latest bus and interface protocol standards. During his 25 years at Synopsys, he has led the development and deployment of several pioneering IP/SoC verification technologies and products at chip-design customers across the world.
