Turnkey Project Execution
Projects are Scope of Work (SoW) driven with delivery responsibility resting with Eteros. Eteros ensures streamlined project management, progress tracking and regular customer interfacing, up to on-time delivery.
Build Operate Transfer (BOT)
Eteros builds the right high-caliber team to match the specific needs of the customer. The team operates and executes the project for a specific duration after which the team is transferred to the customer.
Staff Augmentation
Eteros provides support to the customer’s existing engineering teams, with Eteros engineers interacting directly with their counterparts in the customer team.
Dedicated Design Center
Eteros takes responsibility for delivery and builds a dedicated team, factoring in planned flexibility and scalability based on the customer’s roadmap. Teams could be virtual or operate out of a physical office, depending on the needs of the project.
