Senior/Lead/Staff Engineer – Analog Design
Work independently on basic, block level and chip level Analog Circuit schematic design and provide timelines for handling project. Hands on experience in designing key analog circuit blocks with good understanding of Finfet, Planar, Bipolar and other basic devices.
Experience:
- Hands on experience in Analog Circuit design of various designs including Linear and Switching regulators, SerDes, LVDS, DDR Phy, PLL and Analog building blocks amplifiers, comparator, oscillator, voltage, current reference circuits etc.
- Experience in high voltage BCDMOS for power management and lower nodes & FinFet for High-speed design
- Good understanding of deep sub-micron and DFM issues
- Thorough working knowledge of Circuit Design EDA tools using Cadence Virtuoso suite, fast spice simulators, co-sim & VerilogA modelling etc.
- Supporting post silicon validation team
- Perform basic circuit design fundamentals like performance vs area vs power
- Design with device Noise aware and other performance factors
- Reduce the design cycle with aware of post layout effects, DFM and yield
- Running the mixed signal co-simulation to perform timing and functional verification
- Involve close interaction with Layout team
Qualifications:
- BTech/MTech/PhD with 3-10 years of experience in analog design
- Experience with hands on Finfet design and devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
